Variphy Provisioning for Webex Calling streamlines how teams manage Webex Calling at volume, combining multi-step Control Hub workflows into a single, flexible interface.
What's new:
This means voice teams can provision faster, configure smarter, and own the entire workflow without the multi-admin, multi-menu overhead of doing it directly in Control Hub.
Early access to Colleen AI Assistant, a natural language interface layered into the Variphy application, will be available this month. Instead of navigating menus or learning the UI, prompt AI Assistant in plain language to handle tasks across the platform.
What's new:
This means new users can be productive faster, routine work moves quicker, and the depth of the Variphy platform is accessible without first mastering the UI.
From faster Webex Calling provisioning to natural language access across the platform, this release is built to take steps out of your day and put more of Variphy within reach.
