Another Cisco Live is in the books! We want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who stopped by our kiosk in Solutions Village, attended our presentation, and met with our team throughout the week.
Cisco Live continues to be one of the most valuable opportunities for us to connect with customers and channel partners. Throughout the week, we shared ideas and explored what’s next in the world of collaboration and customer experience.

From the moment Solutions Village opened, our team was engaged in discussions with existing and potential customers, partners, and MSPs from around the globe. Many of the conversations centered around common challenges:
These discussions reinforced what we continue to hear from the market: organizations need better visibility within their UC environments and tools that help them make informed decisions faster.

We were excited to share our latest innovations in AI and provisioning at the Solutions Village Theater. The audience engagement at our session showed that there’s a growing demand for practical solutions that help manage increasingly complex collaboration environments.
The topic drove many conversations at the kiosk throughout the rest of the week. Many attendees visited us to discuss needs as their organizations adopt AI-centered strategies. Events like Cisco Live provide an excellent opportunity to validate real-world challenges and ensure our product roadmap continues to align with customer and partner priorities.

While technology enables us to connect from anywhere, nothing replaces the value of in-person conversations. Throughout the week, we met with existing customers to discuss upcoming initiatives, connected with new organizations evaluating modernization strategies, and collaborated with channel partners on ways to create additional value for mutual customers.
These interactions help strengthen relationships and often spark ideas that lead to future innovations, integrations, and partnership opportunities.
Organizations across nearly every industry are actively exploring how artificial intelligence can create business value. In many cases, dedicated budgets are being allocated specifically for AI initiatives, even as companies continue to define their long-term strategies and use cases.
Organizations are actively evaluating or implementing cloud-based communications platforms, including Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Phone, and hybrid deployment models.
Customers increasingly want deeper insights into user adoption, call activity, service quality, compliance, and operational performance.
Many organizations are turning to trusted channel partners and MSPs to help manage, optimize, and support their communications environments, creating new opportunities for value-added services.
As communications environments become more distributed and multi-platform, comprehensive reporting and analytics remain critical for successful operations.
Cisco Live always serves as a catalyst for new ideas, partnerships, and innovation. To our customers, partners, and everyone who took time to connect with us: thank you. Your insights, feedback, and partnership continue to help shape the solutions we build and the value we deliver.
Missed us at Cisco Live? We'd love to keep the conversation going. Reach out to our team to learn more about our latest innovations, discuss your reporting and analytics requirements, or explore opportunities to partner together.
It’s on to WebexOne — we hope to see you there!
