As 2025 winds down, we’re taking a moment to reflect, not just on the calls made, but on the connections built, the platforms integrated, and the visibility unlocked. Beyond providing the best call analytics solution on the market, we continued to focus on responding to real customer needs and evolving our platform.
It was a busy year for the Variphy team. From launching our Real-Time Phone Registration Dashboard, driven by a direct customer request and designed to outpace competitive solutions, to expanding our Microsoft integration to include DID Management and CDR alerting, we’ve been busy turning feedback into functionality.
We also introduced our Webex Contact Center integration, bringing real-time agent and CSQ visibility to organizations and advancing our multi-platform support to the forefront. And we couldn’t have done it without our incredible partners, whose collaboration helped push boundaries and deliver value across industries.
So before we hit “next” and move on to 2026, let’s rewind and celebrate the highlights, the milestones, and the momentum that made 2025 a year to remember.
In early 2025, our account and engineering teams met with a large educational institution to replace an outdated call reporting platform that was no longer supported. The customer’s IT team had a critical requirement: real-time phone registration dashboards. They needed a way to identify potential issues in their network and monitor phone registrations by department, building, and device pool. After a few discovery calls with the customer and channel partner, we got to work. Within a few months, we launched a powerful new addition to the Variphy platform: the Real-Time Phone Registration widget type.
This new widget displays phones in all registration states, including Rejected, Failed Over, and Partially Registered, so IT teams can proactively identify and resolve issues before users are impacted. It’s a fast, intuitive way to optimize device usage and monitor system health at a glance.
Our Webex Contact Center integration provides enhanced visibility into agent and CSQ performance and activity, allowing organizations to make data-driven decisions.
Webex Contact Center users often face visibility gaps when trying to translate raw contact center data into meaningful, actionable insights. Variphy’s integration addresses this challenge head-on with an advanced contact center analytics and reporting solution for modern contact centers.

An add-on feature to our Reporting and Analytics for Microsoft Teams solution is our DID Management for Microsoft Teams Phone. This feature integrates and provides real-time visibility and availability of DIDs configured in the Microsoft Teams tenant. Reportable information includes Name, DID Number, Emergency Address, Assignment Status, Calling Plan, and more. This feature helps to eliminate manual tracking and errors by integrating directly with the Microsoft environment.
Another major enhancement to our Microsoft Teams offering is DID Provisioning for Microsoft Teams Phone. Managing Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers in Microsoft Teams can be a time-consuming and error-prone process, especially for organizations with large user bases or frequent onboarding. Traditionally, provisioning DIDs involves manual steps in the Teams Admin Center or PowerShell scripts, which can lead to inefficiencies and inconsistencies.
Our DID provisioning feature for Microsoft Teams simplifies and automates the assignment of phone numbers to Teams users, saving time and reducing administrative overhead.
This feature, in conjunction with DID Management for Microsoft Teams Phone, allows real-time visibility into the assignment status of DIDs and full management capabilities in your Variphy application.
Another key aspect of this feature is that users can view the full list of Teams Users configured in the tenant, then assign, unassign, or reassign a DID to the selected user with just a few clicks. For added transparency and compliance, the provisioning actions are also audit logged and exportable to CSV or PDF formats, using a familiar export style consistent with Variphy’s existing reporting experience.

We kicked off the year at Enterprise Connect in Orlando, Florida, a favorite event of ours because it brings together OEMs, channel partners, and end users in a truly vendor-neutral setting. It was a great opportunity for our team to connect with customers and strengthen relationships with key partners, including Cisco, Webex, and Zoom.
Our next two events of the year were both held in San Diego, where we were proud sponsors of Cisco Live and WebexOne. These are our two largest events of the year, and they never disappoint. The interaction with our channel partners, customers, and ISV contacts is topnotch, and we love the turnouts at our private events.
