Jim Sweeden, senior network engineer at Lee Health, described the limitations of their previous solution:

The team only needed to pull call data occasionally, but when they did, it had to be quick and easy. The cumbersome interface of their formal tool slowed down workflows and demanded more time than their resource-strapped team could afford.

Lee Health implemented Variphy to manage their on-prem CDR reporting needs. Prior to full deployment, they conducted a proof of concept, loading two months of live data to evaluate real-world usability.

"Once we got it on-prem and started using it, we were pretty much astonished at how easy it was for us to get through and write the reports we needed," said Sweeden.
