With the upcoming release, you can trigger notifications based on configurable Audit Log criteria, so your team is informed the moment important changes occur.

What’s new:

Create alerts using specific Audit Log fields and filters.

Trigger notifications when defined configuration changes occur.

Reduce the need for manual log review.

Instead of waiting for a ticket to come in, you’ll know immediately when a routing pattern changes, a user role is modified, or a key configuration is updated.

Visualize On-Prem Audit Activity with a Dedicated Dashboard Widget

Sifting through logs or exporting reports slows down investigation time. We’re introducing a new Audit Log dashboard widget for on-prem environments designed to surface key audit activity directly within your dashboard view.

What’s included:

At-a-glance visibility into important Audit Log events.

Highlighted system configuration changes.

Visibility into user actions affecting the environment.

Instead of digging through detailed reports, your team can quickly confirm whether recent changes correlate with reported issues.

Identify Zoom Call Participants with Caller and Called Name Analytics

While call records provide numbers, names add critical context, especially when analyzing communication patterns or preparing reports for leadership. We’re adding a new reportable Caller Name and Called Name fields for Zoom.

What’s new:

New Caller Name and Called Name detail columns.

Ability to use these fields as search criteria.

Support for grouping and filtering by name.

This means faster reporting, improved accuracy, and clearer insights into collaboration patterns.
