With our new role-based permissions, you can assign customized access to users and user groups — Own Agent, Own Team, Additional Team(s), Additional Agent(s), Additional Queue(s), or Search Sets — keeping data secure and ensuring compliance without sacrificing usability.

Display multiple key metrics side by side or split them across widgets.

CUCM: Real-Time Registration Widget Type

This new widget type shows phones of all registration states, including Rejected, Failed Over, and Partially Registered. It’s a quick way to monitor and optimize device usage.

CUCM: Remote Phone Control for Cisco 9800 and 8875 Models

We’re expanding our remote phone control feature to support Cisco’s latest device models: 8875, 9841, 9851, 9861, and 9871. With this update, your support team can take direct action on these newer endpoints from anywhere to diagnose and resolve issues.
