We're expanding the CUCM Real-Time Hunt Pilot Status Widget with live visibility into device and line states, plus detailed call event activity for every phone in the hunt pilot.

What's new:

This means hunt groups and voice teams can see exactly what's happening across a hunt pilot in real time and act on issues before they affect the caller experience.

Take Action on Phones Directly from the Real-Time Hunt Pilot Status Widget

We're adding a configurable Login/Logout action button to the CUCM Real-Time Hunt Pilot Status Widget, so administrators can manage agent availability without leaving the dashboard.

What's new:

Supervisors and administrators can respond to staffing changes in the moment, without jumping between tools to make a simple adjustment.

Bring Call History Reporting to Webex Contact Center Dashboards

We're bringing a new Call History widget to Webex Contact Center dashboards, so teams get the detailed, table-based call reporting they need to analyze activity and drill into the specifics of every call.

What's new:

Users get a consistent reporting experience across platforms and can analyze call activity with the detail they've come to expect in Variphy.

Faster Webex Calling Dashboards with Query Optimization

We're making Webex Calling call data fetching smarter and faster.

What's new:

This means teams working with big datasets and detailed reporting don’t have to wait on the data.

Automate Report Delivery with SFTP Push from Variphy Cloud

This month’s release brings SFTP push capabilities to Variphy Cloud, so reports can move from Variphy to wherever they need to land.

What's new:
