Display multiple key metrics side by side or split them across widgets.
Get real-time data on Available Agents, Calls Waiting, Calls Abandoned, Longest Wait, and more.
Set custom thresholds to highlight when metrics cross critical limits.

CUCM: Real-Time Registration Widget Type

This new widget type shows phones of all registration states, including Rejected, Failed Over, and Partially Registered. It’s a quick way to monitor and optimize device usage.

Use it to:

Detect registration drops in real time.
Proactively track for device outages.
Maintain a clear picture of your UC environment.

CUCM: Remote Phone Control for Cisco 9800 and 8875 Models

We’re expanding our remote phone control feature to support Cisco’s latest device models: 8875, 9841, 9851, 9861, and 9871. With this update, your support team can take direct action on these newer endpoints from anywhere to diagnose and resolve issues.
